• All treats are made fresh to order.
• All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront to secure your date and begin the order.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 week before pickup, or paid in full before pickup for smaller orders.
• No same-day payments accepted. Full payment must be completed before your due date / pickup date.
• Small orders require up to 3 weeks notice, depending on the items requested and level of detail.
• Cupcake orders start at an 8 cupcake minimum (no orders of 4 or 6 cupcakes).
• Large / custom orders must be booked at least 1 month in advance.
• Pickup only. The pickup address will be provided 2 days before your order date.
• Only the customer who placed the order may pick it up, unless discussed beforehand.
• Custom edible images, photo treats, boards, individual packaging, and detailed custom work are available at an additional cost.
• Prices vary based on design, theme, quantity, and level of detail requested.
• Availability is limited and dates fill quickly, so early booking is highly recommended.
